With over 27 years of experience in the legal field, Sherif is also a legal consultant for investment companies, an agent for the registration of trademarks, industrial prototypes, intellectual property, and software programs, and a civil and commercial arbitrator.

: Provided legal consultation services for both companies.
Legal Consultant for Heliopolis Gardens Association (2003-2018)
: Assisted in the establishment and legal oversight of the association, offering legal advice across all areas of its operations.
Legal Consultant for Atlantis American Trading and Supplies
: Registered a branch of the American joint stock company in Egypt, reviewed contracts, provided legal opinions, and drafted branch contracts within the authorities granted by the parent American company.
Legal Consultant for Atlantis International General Trading and Supplies - Egypt
: Aided in the establishment of the Egyptian joint stock company, approved board meeting minutes and general assemblies, managed share trading between partners, increased company capital, drafted contracts, registered with importers and exporters records, and provided legal opinions.
Legal Consultant for Agra Software (2013-2016)
: Managed the approval of board meeting minutes and general assemblies, and drafted all company contracts related to the Agra Taxi service (a taxi request software).
Legal Consultant for Al-Masry Al-Motahed
: Assisted in the establishment of the limited liability company, opened an insurance file, obtained a factory building permit, operational license, approval from the General Authority for Industrial Development, and registered the company's industrial records (since 2014).

Important Conferences and Training
Sherif Mohie El Deen Hussien attended the International People's Conference under the auspices of the American Embassy in Cairo in 2008. The conference discussed the fundamental differences—a comparative study—in the Intellectual Property Protection Law between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States of America.
